

This 20.38± acre development will bring 188,500± sq. ft. of retail space in Phase I to the freeway interchange corner of Alma School Road and the 202 Belt Loop in Chandler, Arizona. Phase II will include 80,000± sq. ft. of office space, in addition four retail pads for build-to-suit or ground lease. It was purchased by NAC Development Company and partners in May 2006 with a land and site improvement loan. NAC Development Company is currently evaluating market conditions to determine the best options for development.
